剧情：
涉谷储物柜婴灵事件，令八岛丽香（水川あさみ 饰）等6名男女青年无一例外遭遇最为惨痛和黑暗的命运。顺利完成中考的久保绫乃（堀北真希 饰）每日来医院探望昏迷不醒的丽香，期间回忆和丽香相处的种种往事。某天，紧闭双眼的丽香突然将一把钥匙塞到绫乃手中，随后去世。与此同时，年轻人中间开始流传着“幸运的储物柜”的都市传说，而绫乃所持的正是这个储物柜的钥匙。自此之后，她也时常听到婴儿的哭声，而其身边那些与储物柜有过接触的人竟接二连三死去。 婴灵的诅咒从未结束，绫乃的噩梦愈演愈烈……
